My journey spans 100+ court appearance in 10+ kind of courts & tribunal, 50+ specialized legal drafts, redevelopment advisory across Mumbai Metropolitan Region, and legal strategy for a diverse clientele—developers, landlords, startups, creators, SMEs, and professional firms. This particular space of "DS Briefs" is not for promotion, but for sharing the practical interpretation of laws I deal with during my practice, insights from the courtroom, and clarity on complex regulations that affect real people and real decisions. A dedicated Legal Aid section is also in the works, as a small but sincere effort to give back to the society that shaped my practice. The law is evolving fast and this space will grow with it.
